Meeting called to order. 

Relay for life-sign up for being on a team and working Children’s activities

            Childrens Activities-June 18^th 6-9 p.m.

            Team-sign up online.  6pm-10am

Brad moved to cover the $150 registration fee for Relay for Life.  Steve seconded.  Motion passed.

Candidate speeches and voting.

New Executive board for 2010-2011 includes:

            President-Julie P

            Vice President-Erin S

            Secretary-Emily B

            Treasurer-Brad H    

            Board Members: Taylor M, Kelsey J, Sarah B

            P.R. Director: Michelle W

Julie moved to donate $20 per person to the Ballin walk on May 15^th.  Steve seconded.  Motion passed.

Lizzy S and Hannah J inducted.  Welcome Leos!

Steve moved to adjourn.  Dan W seconded.  Meeting adjourned.

Executive Board Meeting

Meeting called to order.

Brad moves to approve Lauren U as a new member.  Erin seconded.  Motion carried.  

Erin moved to donate the extra gift cards (meant for seniors but who don’t show up to meeting) to SOS.  Emily seconded.  Motion carried.

Emily moves to have Mr. Buschke donate books from Sri Lanka project to St. James.  Julie seconded.  Motion carried.

Erin moves to adjourn.  Julie seconded.  Motion carried.
